Abstract
We present a protocol for analyzing and evaluating the relocalization of proteins from the plasma membrane to chloroplasts. Some plant membrane-bound proteins carry dual targeting signals, e.g., a membrane-anchoring N-myristoylation motif and a chloroplast transit peptide.
