Abstract
Seventeen quinolizidine alkaloids, including two new ones, 5-hydoxy-7,11-dehydromatrine (1) and 11-hydroxylupanine (2), were isolated from the aerial parts of Sophora tonkinensis. The structures of the isolates were elucidated using 1D and 2D NMR analyses, as well as HR-ESI-MS spectroscopic data. The anti-inflammatory activities of all the isolates on NO production in RAW 264.7 cells stimulated by lipopolysaccharide (LPS) were evaluated....
