Abstract
Lynch syndrome (LS), caused by germline mutations in DNA mismatch-repair genes (MLH1, MSH2, MSH6, PMS2) predisposes patients to colorectal and endometrial cancer (CRC, EC), among other tumors. Although CCR prevention methods are effective, no preventive strategies exist for the majority of LS-related tumors.
