Abstract
Crescentic glomerulonephritis is a disease characterized by severe glomerular injuries that is classified into five different pathological types. Patients with type V disease have pauci-immune crescentic glomerulonephritis (PICGN) that is negative for anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic autoantibodies (ANCAs).
