Purpose: To report two rare cases of Brown McLean syndrome after cataract surgery in a patient with aphakia.Case summary: (Case 1) A 54-year-old woman with Marfan’s syndrome who had aphakia and peripheral corneal edema after left eye cataract surgery 4 years ago.
