Abstract
An evaluation of the outcome after pancreatic surgery with focus on post-operative and late survival in elderly patients was performed.The study included 1.556 patients from a single HBP unit operated from 1. January 2010 to 31. December 2019. Patients were divided into two cohorts, < 75 years (n = 1.296) and ≥75 years (n = 260).
