Abstract
Bladder preservation with trimodality treatment (TMT) is an alternative strategy to radical cystectomy (RC) for the management of localised muscle invasive bladder cancer (MIBC). TMT comprises of transurethral resection of the bladder tumour (TURBT) followed by radiotherapy with concurrent radiosensitisation.
