Pseudopeptides with aldehyde or vinylsulfone warheads: Synthesis and antiproteasomal activity

The comparative study of new proteasome inhibitors based on salicylic acid-modified pseudo-tripeptides terminated with aldehyde or vinylsulfone is presented.
