Abstract
New diluted magnetic semiconductors composed of CuO, Cu0.985Mn0.005Fe0.005Co0.005O, Cu0.97Mn0.01Fe0.01Co0.01O and Cu0.94Mn0.02Fe0.02Co0.02O compositions were fabricated by coprecipitation method. The XRD and Rietveld refinement analysis indicated that only single phase of monoclinic CuO was formed in all compositions without detection of any impurities.
