Nephritis-associated plasmin receptor (NAPlr)-positive glomerulonephritis in a case of ANCA-negative small vessel vasculitis

A 75-year-old man with fever was diagnosed with alveolar hemorrhage. Antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies for myeloperoxidase and proteinase 3 were absent.
