Abstract
A MoNbTiWZr refractory multi-principal element alloy with N and O impurities was sintered by mechanical alloying (MA) followed by the hot-press sintering (HPS). The results demonstrated that the as-sintered samples were composed of two homogeneous body-centered cubic (BCC1 plus BCC2) structural phases with a small quantity of face-centered cubic (FCC) (Zr,Ti)O oxide inclusions.
