Abstract
Near-infrared photoimmunotherapy (NIR-PIT) is a newly-developed, highly-selective cancer treatment, which utilizes a monoclonal antibody conjugated to a photoabsorbing dye, IRDye700DX (IR700). The antibody conjugate is injected into the patient and accumulates in the tumour.
