Abstract
A 1-day-old term infant with prenatal polyhydramnios presented with hypotonia, minimal movement, nystagmus, dysmorphisms, and drug-resistant epilepsy. Serum studies showed elevated ammonia, liver enzymes, and hyperbilirubinemia requiring phototherapy and intravenous immunoglobulin.
