Abstract
Key Points We found that elevated levels of copeptin are associated with peripheral insulin resistance in nondiabetic patients with CKD stage 3–4. We found no correlation between copeptin levels and hepatic insulin resistance in patients with CKD stage 3–4 or in our control group.
