Abstract
We demonstrate through a novel, conditional knockout mouse model of arcuate nucleus (ARC)-specific kisspeptin in the KNDy neuron that ARC kisspeptin is critical for estrous cyclicity in female mice and GnRH/LH pulsatility in both sexes.
