To explore the potential role of HMGB1 on TDI-induced NLRP3 inflammasome activation, HBE cells were treated with TDI-HSA conjugate to observe the changes of HMGB1, TLR4, NF-κB, Nrf2 and NLRP3 inflammasome related proteins expressions, ROS release and MMP.
