Abstract
We predict a new type of two- and three-dimensional stable quantum droplets persistently rotating in broad external two-dimensional and weakly anharmonic potential. Their evolution is described by the system of the Gross-Pitaevskii equations with Lee-Huang-Yang quantum corrections.
