Acute cerebellitis is a rare condition with a highly heterogenous clinical course, ranging from self-limiting mild symptoms to a fulminant presentation. Symptoms include headache, vomiting, fever, ataxia, dysarthria, intention tremor, meningism, seizures, and altered level of consciousness.
