Abstract
An unobstructed Fontan pathway is essential for optimal hemodynamics. We hypothesize that more extracardiac conduit (ECC) Fontan pathways develop obstruction compared to lateral tunnel (LT) Fontans and that the dilation typically observed in LTs results in similar mid-term clinical outcomes.
