Introducing Protein Crystallization in Hydrated Deep Eutectic Solvents

Supramolecular structure and properties of deep eutectic solvents (DESs) are known to be highly affected by the addition of water, and their use as solvents for poorly water-soluble macromolecules is being actively investigated.
