The Front Cover illustrates the transformation of hyperpolarized ethyl-[1-13C]pyruvate, obtained by means of parahydrogenation of the vinyl ester of [1-13C]pyruvate in aqueous solution, into hyperpolarized [1-13C]pyruvate.
