Pancreaticobiliary maljunction (PBM) without biliary dilatation is a condition in which dilatation of the bile duct is not seen in patients with PBM. Recently, the Japanese Study Group on Pancreaticobiliary Maljunction (JSGPM) published new diagnostic criteria for PBM.
