A one-step, facile hydrothermal approach was developed to synthesize gold nanoparticles (Au NPs) modified reduced graphene oxide hydrogel (Au-RGOH) with three-dimensional (3D) porous microstructures for sensitive NO2 and NH3 monitoring.
