Abstract
In tuberculosis, T cell-mediated immunity is extensively studied whilst B cells received limited attention in human and mice. Of interest, Mycobacterium tuberculosis ( Mtb ) does increase IL-4 Receptor-alpha (IL4Rα) expression in murine B cells.
