Modeling Technological improvement, Adoption and Employment effects of Electric Vehicles: A Review

In this work, we use Battery Electric Vehicles (BEVs) to elucidate the mechanics of technology cost improvement, adoption and employment impact models as well as key sources of uncertainty in these models. We argue for caution in interpreting the results, especially for large-scale, long-term planning.
