Leucine-rich alpha-2-glycoprotein 1 (LRG1) as a novel ADC target

Leucine-rich alpha-2-glycoprotein 1 (LRG1) is present abundantly in the microenvironment of many tumours where it contributes to vascular dysfunction, which impedes the delivery of therapeutics.
