Abstract
Burn injuries, especially electrical burns, can lead to significant soft-tissue damage. A delayed sequela of both electric burn and firecracker injury is arterial rupture. The initial phase is characterized by occlusion of small vessels. Large vessels are prone to aneurysm formation due to medial necrosis. This can result in unanticipated bleeding, which can lead to loss of the limb or even be life-threatening. We are presenting here two cases...
