Abstract
In this paper, the adsorption properties of Cr modified InN (Cr-InN) and GaN (Cr-GaN) monolayers to SF6 decomposed components were investigated based on the density functional theory (DFT). Results reveal that these two graphene-like materials exhibit strong adsorption capacity for the three decomposed species SO2, SOF2 and SO2F2.
