Abstract
Insufficient drug accumulation and chemoresistance remain two major challenges in cancer chemotherapy. Herein, we designed a furin-responsive aggregated nanoplatform loaded with doxorubicin (DOX) and hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) (AuNPs-D&H-R&C) to combine chemotherapy, autophagy inhibition and macrophage polarization.
