Abstract
Eosinophilic, solid and cystic (ESC) renal cell carcinoma (RCC) is characterized by a solid and cystic architecture with cells showing abundant eosinophilic cytoplasm with hobnail arrangement and a cytokeratin 7-negative/cytokeratin 20-positive immunophenotype.
