Abstract
Myofibroblastoma is a rare benign mesenchymal tumor typically arising in the breast. We report a diagnostically challenging case of myofibroblastoma of the breast showing a rare palisaded morphology and an uncommon desmin- and CD34-negative immunophenotype.
