Abstract
Shear wave elastography (SWE) has been demonstrated to be promising in differentiating malignant tumors from benign ones. In this paper, a biomechanical model has been developed upon which an analytical solution has been derived to predict the effect of the interstitial fluid pressure (IFP) on SWE of solid tumors.
