Abstract
The phase 2 LEO study showed that everolimus (EVE) plus letrozole (LET) with ovarian suppression increased progression‐free survival (PFS) in tamoxifen‐exposed premenopausal women with hormone receptor‐positive, HER2‐negative metastatic breast cancer with visceral metastases.
