Abstract
The reconstruction of blood perfusion is a crucial therapeutic method to save and protect cardiac function after acute myocardial infarction (AMI). The activation of the hepatocyte growth factor precursor (pro-HGF) has a significant effect on promoting angiogenesis and antiapoptosis.
