Synthesis of sulfonopeptides

Sulfonopeptides as the sulfur analogues of natural peptides have been widely used as enzyme inhibitors due to their tetrahedral sulfonamide moiety, which can mimic the transition‐state analogues of hydrolysis of the ester and amide bonds.
