Abstract
Optical microscopy and hardness measurements are used to study the influence of (Sc + Zr) and (Sc + Hf) transition metal additions and severe plastic deformation by equal-channel angular pressing (ECAP) on the temperature of recrystallization in aluminum Al–Mg2Si alloys.
