Abstract
Evidence suggests that platelets may directly interact with SARS-CoV-2, raising the concern whether ACE2 receptor plays a role in this interaction. The current study showed that SARS-CoV-2 interacts with both platelets and megakaryocytes despite the limited efficiency.
