Abstract
We investigated the antihyperlipidemic effects of tyrosol in streptozotocin (STZ)-induced diabetic rats. Rats were injected intraperitoneally with STZ (40 mg/kg), and these established experimental rats were treated with tyrosol (20 mg/kg) and glibenclamide (600 µg/kg) for 45 days.
