Abstract
The properties of a complex formed by lutetium diphthalocyanine and silicon carbide nanoparticles are studied by optical methods. The phase composition of samples and the shape and size of silicon carbide nanoparticles are determined from electron microscopy data and X-ray diffraction analysis.
