Abstract
Complex pyrophosphates compounds have attracted much attention as promising candidates for substrate applications. In the work, a low‐permittivity BaZnP 2 O 7 ceramic was synthesized through solid‐state reaction. The pure phase BaZnP 2 O 7 was crystallized in the triclinic P−1 space group. Excellent microwave dielectric properties of the BaZnP 2 O 7 ceramic with ε r = 8.23, Qf = 56170 GHz, and τ f = −28.7 ppm/°C were obtained at 870°C for 4 h....
