Abstract
In this study, a cyclodextrin derivative (R6RGD-CMβCD) nanoparticle with tumor targeting and cell penetration ability was successfully synthesized and loaded with tyroserleutide (YSL) to obtain YSL-loaded nanoparticles (YSL/R6RGD-CMβCD NPs).
