Abstract
Aims Endoscopic ultrasound fine needle biopsy (EUS FNB) is the standard procedure for the diagnosis of pancreatic lesions. Fluorescence Confocal microscopy (FCM) allows imaging of tissues in the fresh state, requiring minimal preparation without damage or loss of tissue.
