Birt-Hogg-Dubé Syndrome (BHDS) is a rare autosomal dominant disease which manifests with cutaneous hamartomas, lung cysts and renal carcinomas. A wide spectrum of phenotypic expression and few visible manifestations makes BHDS a likely under-recognized entity.
