Abstract
This work reports tuning of the band gap of the titanium dioxide (TiO2) nanoparticles by carbon doping during sol-gel synthesis. Herein, polydiallyldimethylammonium chloride (PDADMAC), a cationic polymer has been used as the carbon source.
