Abstract
This study investigated the effect of vacuum ultraviolet (VUV) light irradiation on the thermal fusion bonding strength of carbon fiber/thermosetting polyimide composite laminates (CF/PI) at high temperatures. Thermoplastic polyimide (TPI) film was used as a hot-melt adhesive.
