Abstract
In this study, the PLGA/ICA/Ca-P hybrid coating was fabricated on pure Mg to enhance corrosion resistance and osteogenic differentiation for pure Mg. The results showed that doping PLGA on the Ca-P pretreatment coating on the pure Mg could improve the defects (micropores and cracks) of the Ca-P pretreatment coating, as a result of the better corrosion resistance compared with the pure Mg and Ca-P coating.
