Abstract
A 63-year-old female was admitted to our hospital with history of persistent dyspnea. Right pleural effusion and ovarian tumor were discovered, but here were no significant findings on thoracoscopy under local anesthesia. The pleural effusion was suspected to be secondary to Meigs' syndrome, and a diagnosis of endometriotic ovarian cyst was made.
