Incomplete pseudo-Meigs’ syndrome caused by endometrial ovarian cyst: A case report

A 63-year-old female was admitted to our hospital with history of persistent dyspnea. Right pleural effusion and ovarian tumor were discovered, but here were no significant findings on thoracoscopy under local anesthesia.
