Abstract
This paper describes an investigation into the accumulation and distribution of Cu and Pb in Helichrysum splendidum, to assess the potential use of the plant in the phytoremediation of Cu- and Pb-contaminated soils. Plants of the same age were exposed to soils artificially contaminated with 10, 50, 100, 500 and 1000 mg/L Cu(II) and Pb(II).
