Abstract
A simple wet precipitate technique is used to synthesis CuO nanoparticles. The copper chloride and sodium hydroxide are used as precursor. The powder X-ray diffraction confirmed the CuO phase of the synthesized nanoparticles having monoclinic unit cell structure.
