Abstract
The current blockchain deployment solutions rely on a continuous connectivity network. Unfortunately, the delay tolerant network does not meet this condition. Therefore, we construct a novel blockchain transaction framework with discrete token negotiation called DTNB, which can be deployed on the delay tolerant network to provide transaction services.
